I would like some clinical support throughout my rehabilitation experience - how does that work?

If you have completed a digital assessment but would like further clinical support from an HCML clinician (our case management team), please inform us via the ‘contact us’ option, alternatively you can contact your nominated HCML case manager directly.

Our case managers are clinicians with experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation so will be able to support you with your rehabilitation, whether that be to provide you with supportive advice or exercises, or to liaise directly with your treating practitioner.
