What does further HCML review mean?

If your digital assessment outcome indicates that further HCML input is required, a member of our case management team (a clinician with a background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation) will contact you to discuss your injury and symptoms further. The purpose of this review is to identify which clinical pathway is most appropriate based on the information you have provided. We will ask some additional tailored questions based on the responses you have provided and inform you of the recommended clinical intervention at the end of the call.
