HCML’s digital assessment platform is underpinned by clinical evidence and expert-led decision pathways. If you have reason to believe that the outcome of the assessment is inappropriate for your injury, or if you have made any error when inputting information, please use the ‘contact us’ option. Alternatively, if indicated on the digital assessment outcome page, a member of the HCML team will review your digital assessment outcome and contact you within 4 core business hours (Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm).
