Why have I been recommended to go to A&E / speak to NHS 111 / my GP?

Occasionally, our digital assessment will pick up some of your responses that may indicate the presence of clinical ‘red flags’. Most of the time, these are nothing to be concerned about, however warrant review by medical experts just to rule out anything potentially more serious.

The HCML team will follow up with you, or you’ll be able to arrange a telephonic follow up depending on the specific outcome, however, it’s really important that you take the action recommended as soon as possible – where practical, ahead of speaking with our team.
