It’s normal to experience some discomfort when completing an exercise, however, that discomfort should be tolerable and ease quickly, you shouldn’t be left with any notable aggravation of your symptoms.
Exercises should only be completed within comfortable ranges – it’s important that you don’t push yourself too soon as this may aggravate your symptoms and slow your recovery.
