If your HCML case was closed within the last 4 weeks, we may be able to reopen it for you – please use the ‘contact us’ option and we’ll look into it for you. If your case has been closed for more than 4 weeks, it’s likely that you’ll need to speak with your insurer to determine your options. This may include an HCML telephonic clinical assessment to determine what has happened with your injury since we last spoke with you.
