When using the ‘contact us’ option, the HCML team will endeavour to respond to you within 4 core business hours (Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm). We may attempt contact during extended operating hours. If you haven’t received a response within a reasonable timeframe, you can contact us via 0333 023 0155 (calls are recorded for quality and training purposes and may be made available to your insurer). We recommend informing the HCML team if you have previously logged a request.
If you have finished your digital assessment and require further HCML clinical input, our case managers will aim to contact you within the same 4 hour period (core business hours).
