How do I answer the digital assessment questions?

The digital assessment platform is a “chat bot” style conversation, with almost all “choice” questions – we’ll rarely ask you for free text. You should answer the questions as accurately and truthfully as possible as this will ensure our Digital Rehabilitation service, and subsequently the HCML team, recommends the most appropriate form of clinical intervention for your presenting condition.

You will be able to edit the last response provided, though won’t be able to restart your assessment. If you feel you have entered incorrect information, please use the ‘contact us’ option, or, if at the end of your digital assessment, speak to the HCML team when we contact you (if this is indicated on the outcome page).
