Types of HCML clinical assessment

Digital assessment - “chat bot” style conversation, with almost all “choice” questions – we’ll rarely ask you for free text. At the end of the assessment, you’ll return directly to our system with the clinical outcome.

Telephonic assessment - conducted by an HCML case manager – a clinician with experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. We will be able to give you advice and guide you on the most appropriate clinical steps in your recovery.
