What if I change my mind about the chosen assessment type?

Digital Assessment - at any point after starting a digital assessment, you can click the menu button (like this: ≡) and select “Book a Call” (with an HCML clinician). Once you leave (opt out) the digital assessment, you won’t be able to restart it, though will be able to book a telephone assessment online.

Telephone Assessment – once booked, you won’t be able to reschedule your appointment online. Instead, please use the ‘Contact HCML’ feature within the platform detailing your request. You can also call us if you prefer - 0333 023 0155.
